The Greater Atlanta HBA is excited to announce that on Friday, January 26, we will be moving to a new office! Our new mailing and physical address will be:
1 Dunwoody Park, Ste 200, Atlanta, GA 30338
This new location in Dunwoody is more centrally located and will allow us to better serve our members around the entire Atlanta Metro area. The HBA will be closed on Friday for moving day, and we will reopen on Monday, January 29, at the new office. We'll be seeing you soon in Dunwoody!
The 2018 HBAG Winter Board Meeting & Rally at the Capitol will be held February 20 at the Georgia State Capitol. This is the perfect opportunity to meet with local legislators and learn the issues important to them that might affect home building. In return, legislators are able to learn from individuals in the building industry. Please call your legislator ahead of time and set an appointment to meet. You can easily find contact information via the Action Center on the HBAG website. Let them know you’ll be at the capitol to say hello and talk about legislation the home builders are working on this year.

HomeAid looks forward to announcing its 2017 Award Winners this Thursday evening at the Greater Atlanta HBA's Installation and Awards Program at the Capital City Club! There will be one special item up for auction during the event. Come ready to bid on four Southwest Airlines flight e-pass(es)℠, silent auction style, with proceeds benefiting HomeAid's mission to build new lives for Atlanta's homeless families and individuals through housing and community outreach. E-passes are valid for one-way domestic travel and can be combined for round-trip travel.

Last week, slabs were poured at HomeAid Atlanta's renovation project at The Drake Village in Roswell. Dan O'Dwyer of O'Dwyer Homes serves as volunteer Builder Captain for this important project. When complete, it will more than double The Drake House's capacity to serve women and children experiencing homelessness in North Fulton through transitional housing and life-changing programs.
