Homeaid Atlanta

Happy New Year from HomeAid Atlanta, the designated charity of the Greater Atlanta HBA! HomeAid looks forward to Building New Lives for homeless families and individuals in 2018! Thanks to the support of Atlanta's generous home building industry, 2017 was a very productive year at HomeAid:

• More than 1,000 people experiencing homelessness were helped through HomeAid build projects and Care Days.

• HomeAid has collected more than 1 million baby items for homeless babies through the Essentials Drive since 2001.

• 20 new beds were added to metro Atlanta homeless shelters.

• 28 service provider organizations benefitted from Care Days & HomeAid’s Essentials Drive.

• 448 volunteers were engaged in ending homelessness through HomeAid outreach initiatives.

Coming up in 2018, HomeAid has five build projects in the works, the annual Essentials Drive, 10 HomeAid Care Days planned, the annual Housing the Homeless Golf Tournament, and more. It’s a great time to get involved and help end homelessness in metro Atlanta! HomeAid needs your support to Build New Lives this year!
