Georgia's Immigration Law/HB87 Info Session

Governor Nathan Deal recently signed the Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act of 2011 that was passed by The Georgia General Assembly. Certain provisions became effective on July 1, 2011. A lawsuit has been filed asking the Federal Court to strike down portions of the law, some of which have been enjoined while the lawsuit is pending. Some of these may affect you and your business. Join us for this short session to find out more!

Mark J. Newman with Troutman Sanders, LLP will facilitate this session. Mark has been with Troutman Sanders, LLP since 1991 and was the lead counsel for Mariel Class Action suit to obtain permanent residency. His primary focus in his practice is immigration issues.
