Are you ready for the new code that was adopted in January?

Join us for this short session that will help you to understand the major changes and implications for the new codes that started in 2014! Georgia adopted the 2012 International Residential Code (IRC) effective on January 1, 2014. This session will examine the changes from the 2006 & 2009 IRC editions that will effect planning and implementation of new permit work. Participants will also get an overview of the proposed Georgia Amendments.

Daniel Jewitt will facilitate this session. Daniel has been an instructor for over 15 years. He has specialized in training for the International Residential Code (IRC) and for test preparation for Georgia Contractor Licensing. Besides experience as a home inspector, Daniel has a BA in History & Political Science from Kent State University.

Who should attend? Anyone involved in the design, planning, construction, or inspection of residential construction can benefit from the knowledge base offered in this class.

Don’t wait until it’s too late and incur the time and
expense of correcting completed work!
