Green Building Council Meeting: The Green Appraisal Process

Home Appraisals is definitely a hot topic within the industry! Join The Green Building Council for an afternoon of networking, open discussion and a keynote presentation on Green Valuation from Sandra Adomatis, an active real estate appraiser and national speaker. The learning objectives are as follows:

The Housing Institute has approved this seminar for one (1) continuing education credits. This session is approved under the Rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for one (1) continuing education hours.

Sandra K Adomatis, SRA, is an active real estate appraiser, instructor, and course developer.  She is a national speaker on the topic of green valuation.

Sandra is often quoted in media articles regarding the valuation of green buildings.  She wrote the course, "Case Studies in Residential Green Buildings," "Description of Residential Green Buildings Made Easy," and spearheaded the development of the "Residential Green and Energy Efficient Addendum."

Her accomplishments include past president of the West Coast Florida Chapter Appraisal Institute, Region X Representative, demonstration report grader and Vice Chair of the National Education Committee of the Appraisal Institute.  In August 2013, Sandra received the Dr. William N. Kinnard, Jr. Education Award from the Education Trust Foundation of the Appraisal Institute for her contributions to the education of real estate appraisers.
