Every day requires negotiation with customers, employees, subcontractors, suppliers and government officials. In this NAHB course you'll learn strategies for specific negotiating situations and develop the skills to get the results you want through exercises and role-playing. Bob Merz will facilitate this class. As the president of Construction Arbitration Associates, Ltd., he has personally conducted thousands of arbitrations on construction and real estate related matters over the past 25 years. With his experience as a current professor at the University of Georgia and former professor at Georgia Institute of Technology and Purdue University, Bob has applied his teaching expertise in offering seminars for the National Association of Home Builders, Call for Action, and the Consumer Action Center.
