Learn how to profit from alliances with brokers!

Builder and Realtor® relationships are often contentious, but they don’t have to be. This course shows builders how to forge solid relationships that are mutually beneficial. Topics include the differences and similarities between the two parties, broker selection and more.

As a graduate of this course, you will be able to:

•    Maximize profits from your broker relationships

Bob Merz will facilitate this class.  As the president of Construction Arbitration Associates, Ltd., he has personally conducted thousands of arbitrations on construction and real estate related matters over the past 25 years. With his experience as a current professor at the University of Georgia and former professor at Georgia Institute of Technology and Purdue University, Bob has applied his teaching expertise in offering seminars for the National Association of Home Builders, Call for Action, and the Consumer Action Center.
