Insurance Certificate Holder Protection Lunch & Learn

Do you how to read certificates of insurance?

It’s an important part of the building business to be listed as a certificate holder, but what does that mean to the company and how do you know if the protection is enough? With litigation on the increase it is important to make sure the contractors you are using provide sufficient insurance to protect the company from losses in the event of a problem. Keeping certificates up-to-date is a key to making sure you have adequate protection.
