Participants will learn how to:
•    Create a plan
•    Build a schedule
•    Use planning and scheduling tools to manage a project (even when nothing goes according to plan)

Paul Mashburn will teach this class. He is the president of Viking Builders in Florida, is the immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Education for the University of Housing at NAHB, and helped create the superintendent training series.

Cost: $200 Greater Atlanta HBA member, $250 other HBA member, $300 non-member.
