CPA supports AQP after removal of propane school buses in Quebec

The CPA gave its support to the Association Québécoise du Propane (AQP) after roadside inspectors from the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) removed propane-powered school buses from the road or have their bumper color changed as a pressure tactic in their union negotiations.

In the news release CPA shares AQP concerns regarding unwarranted removal of low-emission propane school buses in Quebec, CPA President and CEO Shannon Watt denounced these excessive measures taken by the SAAQ inspectors, noting the important role these buses play in providing transportation for students to and from school.
