Manitoba is partnering with the federal government to provide incentives and rebates to homeowners and business to convert to natural gas heating to support its economic recovery and help Manitobans save on energy costs.
The CPA is challenging the province’s decision to only provide rebates to homeowners and businesses who switch to natural gas. We strongly encourage members to support our efforts and send a letter using this template letter to express your opposition to propane being excluded from the program. The template is addressed to Minister of Crown Services, Jeff Wharton and Collen Kuruluk, CEO of Efficiency Manitoba, who are responsible for administering the program.
