We thank John Kielly, a trainer for Superior Propane, and regulatory and technical specialists Gerald Bartels, Superior Propane and Jeremy Mitchell, Parkland who provided examples of procedures currently in use. Ken Gillis, regulatory and technical specialist for Superior Propane then set up a meeting in Carleton Place, Ontario with technician Gerald Marshall who conducted a hose test and arranged for the CPA to photograph the process.
