On June 21 and 22, the CPA held its 2016 Ontario Seminar & Golf Tournament at the Hockley Valley Resort in Mono, Ontario. Over 150 delegates attended the event, which included a full day of seminar presentations, a supplier exhibition and a golf tournament at the beautiful Hockley Valley Golf Course.

Speakers addressed topics such as workplace safety, WHMIS and Ontario’s cap and trade program. Mike Weaver, from London Police, offered insights into the realities of running a propane vehicle fleet. Spencer Buckland of Emergency Response Assistance Canada, and Gerald Thompson of the Propane Training Institute, provided updates on their organization’s activities. The event's keynote speaker, business guru David Prentice, presented a thoroughly entertaining discussion on customer service and keeping customers for life.

Thank you to all of the sponsors, participants and to the many volunteers who contributed to making this year's seminar and golf tournament a great success. Presentations from the seminar are available to CPA members on The Grid.
