Amendments to the Contraventions Regulations (Miscellaneous Amendments)

The Regulations Amending the Contraventions Regulations (Miscellaneous Amendments) were published in Part II of the Canada Gazette on July 13, 2016, and came into force on July 21, 2016. The modifications pertaining to the transportation of dangerous goods can be found under Schedule XV of the Regulations.
The following technical modifications to Schedule XV are included in this amendment in order to reflect the changes made to the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992 (TDG Act) in 2009: numbering change of item 3 from previously 5(c) to now 5(d); and wording change to reflect new security requirements.
