Important updates to PTI Operational Procedures 700-04

PTI Operational Procedures for Trainers – 700-04 – April 2021, has been updated and is available through the Document Centre (category: All trainers).
This version of the operational procedures should be read by all active PTI trainers as there are important updates to our operating procedures.
Sections
Section 1 provides updated information and instructions on ordering through the PTI Online Shopping Cart and includes:
- Shipping costs and processes for acquiring printed material;
- How to acquire and access PDF formats; and
- How to access online course materials, exams, and practical evaluations.
Section 2 provides important information on PTI’s payment, return, and other financial conditions.
Section 3 provides information about course material and exam version numbers to reflect changes in regulations and ensure the material you have is up-to-date and valid with all Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
Section 4 is an important REMINDER that course material purchased before July 6, 2020 must still be mailed into the PTI Calgary office.
We’d also like to remind you to use up old versions of exams. Any exams that are in a previous major series number (i.e., 3.0 vs. 4.0) should be used up before June 30, 2021.
