NEW - Gear up for Auto Propane Day - Wednesday, November 4!

This year’s international Auto Propane Day takes place Wednesday, November 4, 2020. This dedicated event, created by the World LPG Association last year, is designed to promote the benefits of auto propane, including its contribution to cleaner air, its proven safety and reliability, and low costs.

The CPA will once again put together social media materials for you to post on your social media platforms.

In addition to the social media campaign, we also encourage you to organize activities on November 4. Activities to promote auto propane could include:

• Partnering up with a local car dealer to promote propane vehicles and set up test drives
• Partnering with companies that offer vehicle conversions to auto propane and invite local government, media and other stakeholders to your event

If you host an event, don’t forget to take photos and post on social media so that we can reply to further amplify the posts.

You can also purchase a promotional banner that the CPA designed last year. The banner is for outside use and can be posted into the ground to help support any activities that you may plan for your campaign. The main design of the banner is attached but you may personalize it and add your own logo. The cost per banner is $380+ taxes and shipping*. We will be updating the auto propane section of our website with video footage and information on the new propane buses recently contracted by the Halifax school district (see Great news - Growing auto propane market in Atlantic Canada) – the launch will be taking place around mid-August. We will keep you posted as new material becomes available.
