Alberta Seminar & Kandlelighters Golf Tournament

The 2017 annual CPA Alberta Seminar and Kandlelighters Golf Tournament took place in Red Deer and Innisfail, Alberta, on September 8-9. Nathalie St-Pierre, CPA President & CEO, introduced herself to the Alberta community and presented on the CPA’s vision and strategic plan. Brad Deets, CPA Board of Directors Vice-Chair, was also on hand to present Bob Bush with the CPA Lifetime Achievement Award that he was recognized for in 2016. Other guest speakers included: Sidney Manning, Chief Plumbing and Gas Administrator, Alberta Municipal Affairs; Malcolm Mullin, Director, Dangerous Goods, Rail Safety & 511, Alberta Transportation; Spencer Buckland, President, ERAC; Gerald Thompson, Senior Director, Learning and Development, Propane Training Institute; and Jeri Yerichuk, Manager, Strategic and Client Services, Tax and Revenue Administration, Alberta Treasury Board and Finance.
