A pop-up restaurant in New York City features a menu with entirely Cheetos-inspired dishes. The Spotted Cheetah, at 211 W. Broadway, will be open only three days, from Aug. 15 to Aug. 17, and seating is by reservation only. Celebrity chef Anne Burrell, the spiky-blonde haired co-host of Food Network’s Worst Cooks in America, created the menu.

Poultry processor Sanderson Farms is launching another advertising campaign to tell consumers it uses antibiotics and explain why they're beneficial to the industry, according to PR NewsWire. The newly released television and radio ad, called "Old MacGimmick," follows a similar push by the company last August to reveal what they call "prevalent falsehoods and half-truths within poultry marketing."
 
The United Food Bank in Mesa lost about 21,650 pounds of frozen food after a compressor broke in the main freezer of its warehouse and transportation center on Monday, the agency said. The food lost was about three weeks worth of meals for residents in need of assistance, the Food Bank said in a news release.
