We are very excited to announce the inaugural issue of Food Shippers of America magazine. The Fall/Winter issue will be mailed in November and thereafter on a semi-annual basis. The first edition has a number of terrific articles on topics including disaster recovery and food safety, along with a feature on our Board of Directors and Advisors and the agenda for our 2012 FSA Annual Conference.

 

In order to keep our members and non-members apprised of current events and changes within our industry, Food Shippers of America will also be publishing an e-Newsletter to be sent to all subscribers the second Monday of every month.

 

We encourage you to reach out to other members of our industry to submit articles of interest. A few suggestions include:

 

1. Company announcements – Carrier of the Year awards; scholarship recipients; plant or facility openings/expansions; new product lines; new service offerings, etc.

 

2. Industry news that may have been published in your own newsletter or company website.

 

3. Suggestions for articles you would like to see in future publications, or offers to author an article for the FSA e-Newsletter.

 

4. FSA is also open to creative contributions. If you have suggestion or would like to contribute, please forward your comments to: foodshippersofamerica@gmail.com.
