School districts today have a lot on their plates. Outsourcing substitute staffing to a third-party provider can free up your busy staff to handle other matters while also improving fill rates. But is it cost effective?

In a word, yes. School districts often find that the efficiencies they achieve by outsourcing make the service cost-neutral for their budget.

Since 2010, Edustaff has been providing school districts with fully trained, fully credentialed substitute teachers and other educational staff. We’re now serving nearly 600 districts nationwide, and our 99% customer retention rate is the highest in the industry. We’re #1 in performance and school district satisfaction.

With Edustaff on your team, you can make data-informed decisions that will help improve your fill rates and find substitutes for even your most difficult-to-fill school buildings.
