He has more than twenty years of experience as a scientist, engineer, and technical consultant to academic research labs, government agencies, and technology companies. His academic research has been published in numerous peer-reviewed academic journals and conferences, and he has taught graduate-level software engineering and undergraduate programming courses at the University of Southern California.
