Joseph A Perry P.E. is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in California and Hawaii, and an Electrical Contractor in California. His multiple licenses require design, installation experience, and extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code and construction. With over 43 years of experience, Joseph’s hands on background in electrical design, project management, cost estimating, and field construction work, gives him a unique perspective among engineers. His past expert witness experience includes pump station construction and failures, emergency generator failures, personal injuries due to traffic light failure, electrical shock and electrocution, electrical equipment control failures, electrical construction defects, cost estimates, sewer, and flood control systems.
