Graciela “Grace” Rubio is a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) by ISFCE, a Certified Cyber Crime Examiner (3CE) by NW3C, and a Certified Forensic Litigation Consultant (CFLC) by FEWA.  Her nearly 20 years of experience in operating systems and application support, networking and hardware support, and systems programming, provided Grace a strong foundation for her digital forensics career. As an expert witness, Grace has testified in both civil and criminal matters within the United States Bankruptcy Court, the United States District Court, the Superior Court of Washington, and multiple district courts within the State of Texas.
