  • Become familiar with the IRAC (Issue, Rule, Analysis, Conclusion) and CRAC (Conclusion, Rule, Analysis, Conclusion) analysis methods used by attorneys
  • Understand how an expert can use these methods to provide effective expert witness services
  • Understand how to effectively communicate with the retaining attorney by using IRAC or CRAC
  • Observe how to use IRAC or CRAC in a sample expert witness case

Rudy Robinson has over 40 years of experience in real estate and appraisal. His background includes a broad range of appraisal and consulting assignments throughout the United States with emphasis on his home state of Texas. He specializes in litigation support, expert witness testimony, and consulting on complex and challenging real estate problems. Mr. Robinson is the Immediate Past President of the Texas Chapter of the Forensic Expert Witness Association, is a member and former president of the Austin Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and a member of the Board of Directors and past president of the Heritage Society of Austin.
