Industry News

Attorneys often struggle to find an expert witness in a unique specialization for a particular case. But what makes an expert witness great?

Finding the right expert for a testimonial on credit requires knowing your options. They can provide an unbiased opinion on the matter to help resolve the conflict. There are many factors to consider when choosing a credit expert witness. But where do you start?

A federal judge last week barred University of Florida administrators from enforcing a policy that six of its professors argued unconstitutionally limited their ability to testify against state actions as expert witnesses.
