Matthew Hartley is one of FEWA’s newest members and has joined the Arizona Chapter. Matt received a BS in Architectural Engineering, Illumination Engineering from the University of Colorado. After graduating from CU, he became an Application Engineer for Lithonia Lighting. At Lithonia, Matt was promoted to Application Project Manager and Manager of Exterior Applications. He left Lithonia then worked at Lighting Analysts (AGI32) as the Manager of Customer Care. He currently has his own lighting consulting firm, Matt Hartley Lighting LLC and is the Educational Coordinator for the Street and Area Lighting Conference (SALC).

Working from home sounds like it would be stress-free. If you have ever tried it, though, you will know that is not always the case. Working one or two days at home is one thing.
