Deadlines are powerful forces in our work, signaling what’s most important, forcing focus, and driving tasks to completion. That’s why projects that don’t have a deadline can languish on your task list for weeks, months, or even years. As a time management coach, I’ve found that three simple strategies can help you finally move forward.

Industry News

Although it is not unethical for treating physicians to testify as an expert witness in legal proceedings, physicians offering expert testimony for their own patients are increasingly coming under scrutiny. Because such testimony tends to bring about concerns and issues, it is generally ill-advised for treating physicians experts to provide testimony unless certain guidelines are followed closely.

Often, your top choices for expert witnesses come to your case with experience testifying in similar cases or on related issues. While their experience can make it easier to integrate them into your own case, it can also present pitfalls if not adequately researched.
