For entrepreneurs, long workdays and little rest tend to accompany the title. However, failing to appropriately manage stress and avoid overworking can be detrimental to your health. It can be easy to become overwhelmed when you have a lot of responsibility and authority, so taking measures to effectively manage your time and limit your stress can be beneficial.

Industry News

Hundreds of oncologists are working “side gigs” as expert witnesses in a wide range of medicolegal settings. With increasing conflict related to liability and insurance coverage, the demand continues to grow for objective physicians who are not involved in a specific case, have no personal interest in the outcome of the case, and have expertise in the matter being litigated.

Often, your top choices for expert witnesses come to your case with experience testifying in similar cases or on related issues. While their experience can make it easier to integrate them into your own case, it can also present pitfalls if not adequately researched.
