Timothy Marshall, of Annapolis, MD, is an expert witness specializing in accident reconstruction, business litigation, and insurance liability assessment. With over 30 years of experience in the elevator industry and 12 years providing litigation support, he has served as an expert in more than 50 depositions. Marshall is the Elevator Expert Team Lead for ATIS Elevator Consultants and the former owner of Arundel Elevator Consulting. His clients include plaintiffs, defendants, elevator companies, building owners, and major institutions such as airports, hospitals, and universities.
