David Gossman's academic background includes a BS and MS in Interdisciplinary Physical Science. He maintains hands-on laboratory involvement as owner and QA/QC Manager for ChemRight Laboratories, Inc. He also provides environmental and waste management consulting services as President of Gossman Consulting, Inc.

  

Rey Cano (Principal of Malibu Appraisal) is a member of the Forensic Expert Witness Association and a former member of the American Society of Appraisers and Appraisal Institute. He has provided expert testimony before the US Bankruptcy Court-Woodland Hills, Superior Court - DTLA, Superior Court - Van Nuys, and Superior Court - Santa Monica.
