The training will consist of a classroom session and field course, which will utilize a trailer display of operational automated gates. The sessions will focus on UL 325 for gate operators and the ASTM F2200 safety standard.
The display trailer is being built through the Gulf South Chapter of AFA.
In addition to the training activities, AFA has produced an inspection checklist and an instructional booklet for use by inspectors during field inspections.
