“While it will be a change to go from servicing my own specific rental territory, I am looking forward to working with our seasoned retail sales team and helping them become even more successful in promoting our great lineup of products,” said Ruddell. “The areas we serve, along with the product lines that we represent, have been growing steadily in recent years, and there is still plenty of opportunity to grow even more. I know our team is eager to capitalize on those opportunities and it’s my job to give them every tool they need to get it done.”

Ruddell says his priorities will be focused on working with the company’s management team and suppliers in maintaining a flow of equipment inventory and information, as construction season in the region rarely has any letup. “Being a member of the ALL Family pays big dividends for our customers,” said Ruddell. “Being able to source equipment from other yards in our network gives us a sizable advantage in the market.”
