FIS 2022
On The Road Baton Rouge took place May 11th-13th at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Baton Rouge.  The two schools offered were condensed versions of FIS (Chain link and Wood) and a GATS.  FIS was sold out and GATS also had a great attendance with over 30 students.

The condensed FIS focused on chain link and wood. Attendees installed wood fences on three different types of posts and built two gates with two different frames. They also learned how to protect the customers investment by staining the fence. Fence companies from as far west as Washington State and as far north as Ohio, and many other states in between, were represented.
The condensed GATS was taught in two days by Mike Gulledge and Brian Boutte. It was a great review for the testing for certification. Most of the students tested after the class. The students were thrilled with what was taught and how the class went. It was an exhilarating and exciting experience for those who attended.

A big thank you to our sponsors: D&D Technologies, Master Halco, Wood Defender, mySalesman, and SAS. Also, a big thank you to Jackson Fence, Fence King and Stephens Pipe and Steel.
