The Product/Service Council will conduct its first meeting of 2015 on Wednesday, January 28 at the AAGO offices from 4 to 5 p.m. The PSC will discuss potential changes to the non-exhibiting supplier policy (see below for more information) as well as council membership structure. All PSC members are strongly encouraged to attend.

Review current non-exhibiting supplier policy
The current FAA policy permits non-exhibiting suppliers to register as a regular conference attendee — with all the benefits of that registration category — including full access to the conference's trade show floor.

At the PSC meeting later this month, members will revisit this policy and discuss a potential policy change.

Possible actions include:
  • Preventing non-exhibiting suppliers from registering for the conference
  • Permitting non-exhibiting suppliers to register for the conference, but restricting access to the trade show floor
  • Permitting non-exhibiting suppliers to register for the conference with full access, but charging a higher registration fee
  • No change in policy
