ContraVest, a vertically-integrated multifamily real estate company, will begin construction on a 321-unit luxury apartment community in Charlotte, N.C. The community, named The Addison at South Tyron, will have two- and three-story buildings and will consist of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It is conveniently located on South Tyron Road, one mile north of I-485.
