Watkins Retires from Volunteerism

David Watkins, who has served as President of the Capital City, Bay Area and Florida Apartment Associations and Chairman of the National Apartment Association over the course of 25 years as a volunteer, announced that he will "graciously bow out of my volunteer commitments."

He is a member of the Florida Apartment Association Hall of Fame and his warm and personable manner has won him many friends along the way. He remains active in his professional career with Watkins Real Estate Services and Michaelson Real Estate Group. David says he plans to attend association events in the future, "but only those that I wish to attend."
