Electrical Association--2025 Partner of Excellence Award

The Electrical Association was recently recognized by Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota’s (GESMN) as their “2025 Partner of Excellence.”

Michelle Dreier, Director of Member Engagement & Government Affairs with the Electrical Association, has been an outstanding partner supporting our mission by creating meaningful career pathway and employer connections for students.

Michelle is an active member of GESMN’s Industry Leadership Network providing feedback on emerging trends within the field and contributing to the process of curriculum refinement. She makes a point to visit every class and meets 1-1 with the students who show interest in the electrical field. Her presentation on the electrical industry provides students the knowledge and insight on how to become an electrician and conducts engaging hands-on activities offering students the opportunity to see the basic principle of circuitry in action. In addition, Michelle attends graduation ceremonies and connects graduates to electrical sector employers demonstrating her long-standing commitment to workforce development.

GESMN would like to thank the Electrical Association for its dedication in creating meaningful connections that assist people skill-up to earn family sustaining wages, benefits and more!  

GESMN’s Construction Training and YouthBuild team including Work Force Development Director, Becky Brink Ray; Work Force Development Managers, Kristen Hoyles; Career Navigator, Julie Meier; and Instructors Adis Sejdic and Billy Yates presented the Partner of Excellence award to Michelle Dreier, Director of Member Engagement & Government Affairs with the Electrical Association.
