CMPs on the Move

Katrina Aceves, CMP, is now the Director of Client Services with the Los Angeles Tourism and Convention Board. She was previously the National Events Manager for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO). 

Kenita Hidalgo, CMP, was named Vice President of Events & Marketing at Gladstein, Neandross & Associates in Santa Monica, CA.

Jessica M. Lamb, CMP, is now Business Networks Manager at Young President's Organization (YPO-WPO). She was previously the Meeting & Events Manager for TIMI Study Group at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, MA.  

Teresa Matamoros, CMP, CIS, has started her own company, Meetings Partners, representing some of Mexico’s best suppliers for the meetings industry. Teresa previously served as Director of Corporate Meetings and Incentives for the Mexico Tourism Board.

Corey Mosher, CMP, recently accepted a position, Sr. Physician Education Specialist, at Medtronic in Minneapolis, MN.

Virginia Quintero Rosell, CMP, CMM, is Director, Events and Convening at Catholic Charities USA.

Sara Scher, CMP, will be the Senior Manager, running the Special Events Sales Department for Legends for the new San Francisco 49ers' Levi's Stadium starting January 13. She was previously a Special Events Sales Manager for AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.

Stephanie Szurek, CMP,
recently started a new position as Senior Manager of Meetings & Events at the American Alliance of Museums in Washington, D.C. 

Candace Walker, CMP, CMM, is retiring at the end of 2013, after 28 years as a non-profit association meeting professional in Madison, Wisconsin. She was most recently with the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts for 11 years and previously with Credit Union Executives Society for 10 years.
