Convention Focus
MHEDA invites you to join us Aug. 11-14, 2021 at the JW Marriott Austin Hotel, in vibrant and growing downtown Austin, Texas. We are planning a memorable event designed to give you the opportunity to meet in person with your Material Handling business colleagues. New this year is the combination of the Exhibitor Showcase with the “main stage” ballroom where we will gather for our keynote presentations, meals and mini-workshops called MHEDA Talks. Having many of the convention programs all in one room captures the human energy we have all missed from being apart for so long. We promise to do our best to keep the event energizing, engaging and entertaining.
Booth Sales
The process for reserving a tabletop in the 2021 Exhibitor Showcase will begin on May 5. Members are required to complete an online Booth Request Form. The link to the Form will be live on MHEDA's website on May 5 at 10 a.m. Central Time. The forms will be timestamped so it is critical to complete it as close to 10 a.m. as possible. On May 6, MHEDA will call each company to select their Tabletop. Question? Contact, Cindy Thoren at cthoren@mheda.org. Note: Completing the Booth Request Form does not guarantee that you will get a Tabletop in the 2021 Showcase.
