MHEDA Members Give Back in Time of Need

Southwest ToyotaLift donates Forklift to Spread the Word Nevada

With the help of MHEDA Member, Southwest ToyotaLift, Spread the Word Nevada can now increase deliveries allowing more children in need to receive books. Southwest ToyotaLift donated a forklift so Spread the Word Nevada will be able to evolve current operations reaching more children throughout Nevada. Currently, Spread the Word Nevada is providing books to all students at 64 identified needed schools on a monthly basis.

Miner Material Handling Provides Forklifts for Water Distribution in Texas

Feb. 20-21 - Miner Material Handling partner with the Houston Astros and Brothers Produce and provided two 2020 Komatsu FG25T-16 forklifts to their Water Distribution Event. Over 28,000 Cases of bottled water were given away to Houstonian’s in need!

CE-DFW Warehouse Donates Pallet Jack to Good Samaritans of Garland 

MHEDA contacted members on behalf of ALAN (American Logistics Aid Network) who were in need of one - electric pallet jack for the Good Samaritans of Garland, in Garland, Texas. Jim Evans of Miner Material Handling responded that they would donate a pre-owned electric pallet jack from their sister-dealership in Dallas (CE-DFW Warehouse Solutions). Due to bad weather, there was a slight delay but CE-DFW Warehouse came through and donated a 2018 Yale electric pallet jack with 124 hours.
