House Passes Paycheck Protection Flexibility Act
The bill was passed by the House almost unanimously on May 28. Provisions of the bill will extend the PPP loan forgiveness period and reduce the required payroll percentage from 75% to 60% among other changes. The Senate will now need to pass the bill to implement the changes.
