A world-class development program for TEXO women leaders, this program design embeds nine sessions (one per month) covering three proven themes for successful leaders: Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading Performance and Change. In addition to these topics, this program will provide self-assessment results and feedback from an executive coach, as well as inter-session activities to ensure practical application of learnings.

Some US cities monitored by Mortenson's Construction Cost Index saw modest cost declines in the latest quarter, and overall the index registered a 0.2% gain. For the year, costs were up 6.7%, but Mortenson concludes that "the overall outlook for nonresidential construction remains positive, despite persistent challenges and uncertainty regarding the overall economy."
Voters in McKinney, Texas, will be asked in May to decide on a $200 million bond issue to be applied to construction of a new commercial passenger terminal at McKinney National Airport. The vote was approved by the City Council, with the expanded airport seen as the third serving rapidly growing demand in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
