The pandemic, work delays, design changes and unresolved agreements have postponed the opening of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Silver Line by two years, spokesperson Gordon Shattles says. The $1.2 billion rail line runs 26 miles and offers 10 stops between Plano and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
Registration has opened for AGC of America's inaugural National Construction Industry Workforce Summit. The summit, which is taking place Oct. 13 in St. Louis, is designed to bring together leaders in the construction and workforce development community to focus on establishing solutions to chronic worker shortages.
