As we continue to expand leadership pathways within the TEXO community, TEXO is excited to announce the official launch of a new opportunity, the Emerging Professionals Group designed for rising leaders who have advanced beyond the Young Constructors Council (YCC) stage. Launching in 2026, this group is tailored for seasoned professionals with 5+ years of industry experience who are ready to deepen their leadership capabilities and make a broader impact across the construction industry.

6 exclusive meetings annually:
Emerging Professionals meetings will take place from 3:00–6:00 PM on the second Wednesday of January, March, September, and October
Joint meetings with YCC will occur on the third Wednesday of May and August, from 4:00–6:00 PM
Executive Development Partner (EDP) meeting date and time TBD and will replace one of the meetings mentioned in the EP section.
