What's Happening at TEXOWhat's Happening at TEXO
In construction, time isn't just money—it's momentum. This interactive session, navigating the fast-paced field of construction management, will equip you with actionable strategies to take control of your time and lead with clarity. Whether you're a Project Manager or Superintendent juggling owners, architects, budgets, and schedules, or a Project Engineer pulled between RFIs and submittals, you'll learn how to:

- Prioritize competing demands and minimize distractions
- Visualize your ideal schedule and work your calendar with intention
- Identify time leaks—who's involved and what it's costing you
- Delegate effectively with ROT (Return on Time) in mind
The AGC Safety Management Training Course (SMTC) provides attendees three days of training on the basic skills needed to manage a company safety program in the construction industry.

The SMTC program builds on Focus Four training and prepares attendees to manage key safety issues on the job site and provides techniques for delivering basic safety training to field personnel.

Participants will receive intensive instruction and training that will allow them to return to their firms with readily applicable new skills to positively impact their company’s safety and health program.
An OSHA 30-Hour construction safety course is intended for supervisors or for workers with some safety responsibility. It provides a greater depth and variety of training on an expanded list of topics associated with workplace hazards than the TEXO Safety First class or an OSHA 10-Hour course.

By joining TEXO Members 401(k) Plan, you can provide an outstanding plan, save money, and spend less time administering it. TEXO Members 401(k) Plan, from a government reporting standpoint, is treated like one large plan. The end result for you is a 401(k) plan with competitive investments, outstanding service, and someone else doing a majority of the plan maintenance legwork. Have all the advantages and flexibility of a stand-alone plan sponsor, but avoid the expenses and administrative burden associated with sponsoring a single-employer plan.
