Difficult Conversations Workshop

It is commonly said, "It is not what you say, it is how you say it". This workshop will integrate material from the Harvard Program on Negotiation with proven techniques, to better equip participants with the skills needed to develop communication competence in conflict situations. Through this highly experiential workshop, participants will learn how to excel in managing emotion effectively, overcome difficult tactics and temper own responses during difficult conversations.
