Dam and Levee Resilience Conference

This will be the 4th installment of Dam and Levee Resilience, an in-person conference with panel-lead discussions highlighting challenges facing engineers today and tomorrow. 

Discussion talking points:

* Importance of addressing dam and levee resilience in the context of changing regional risk.
* Preventative mitigation measures that dam operators with communities could undertake.
* How to improve response decision-making for dam-related extreme events. 
* How to ensure the public is protected from a QA perspective.
* Research and development needs to address dam/levee resilience.
* Obtaining the investments necessary to assure dam levee resilience over the next decade.
* Building public awareness of, and support for dam/levee resilience.
