Canadian National Conference on Drinking Water – registration now open

CWWA is currently planning the 16th Canadian Conference on Drinking Water, to be held in the National Capital Region from October 26–29, 2014. Taking place at the Hilton Lac Leamy in Gatineau Quebec, this is a fantastic venue for meeting, networking and to enjoy everything the National Capital has to offer.

This event is the national conference of the federal-provincial-territorial committee on drinking water, and that group is an integral part of planning and setting the program. The event attracts water researchers, regulators and utilities across the country and the program will feature presentations on the latest in drinking water research. We had a strong response from the Call for Papers, and we anticipate having a preliminary program in the next few weeks.

To make the Conference even more attractive to our members we’ll be organizing several utility specific sessions — including ones exploring pricing, the value of water, IT solutions for utility management, water main breaks and other topics that will be sure to interest utility managers and operators.

Our Climate Change Committee will also be hosting a focused Workshop that will feature interactive activities to generate dialogue and discussion of the challenges posed by our changing climate.

This Event is a landmark for CWWA offering an exceptional program, unparalleled networking, learning and fun.

Online registration is now available, early bird pricing expires May 30, so be sure to register soon and take advantage of the best prices.
