Assembly Bill 5 is currently in the Senate Appropriations Committee Suspense File and Senate President pro Tempore Atkins will determine how the bill moves forward. With only 3 weeks left before the legislature adjourns, it is imperative that Senate President pro Tempore Atkins hear from you on how AB 5 will affect Owner Operators all across California. UCR will officially close the 2018 registration year on September 30, 2019. If you have not already done so, be sure to pay your 2018 registration fee and resolve any outstanding issues before then. 

Enforcement of the 2019 UCR registration period is now in effect. UCR is ready to handle registrations at www.ucr.gov.
