Heavy Duty Inspection & Maintenance Certify Device, Release Tester Training
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) announced the first certification of an  On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) device to comply with the Heavy Duty Inspection & Maintenance (HD I/M) regulation.
 
The Silver Snap-Tool can be purchased for $500 and an going $500 annual fee for the telematic software that submits data to CARB.

CTA's Los Angeles/Orange Unit hosted their 2022 President's Luncheon honoring President Ron Faulkner on Friday, November 4. The event took place at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia.
